Please fill out the form below to sign up and reserve your child’s placement in the after-school yoga, music, and movement class. You must RSVP in advance as space is limited! Payment will be collected on the first day of class. Cash, Check, or Venmo accepted.
What to bring? Everything needed for the class will be supplied, just dress your child in comfortable clothes that allow for movement.

Program: "Monkey See, Monkey Do!" – After-School Yoga, Music & Movement Class!
Dates: Wednesdays, February 19- March 12 (4 weeks)
Time: 1:30-2:45
Age: 6 and up
Cost: $65
Get ready to stretch and wiggle your way into an afternoon of fun! Our Yoga, Music, and Movement class is the perfect place for kids to unwind after school, stretch out their muscles, and discover their inner selves. Whether you're learning to balance like a flamingo, bend like a monkey, or move like a spider, each session is packed with playful poses, fun games, and music that will leave you feeling strong, calm, and energized! Perfect for kids 6 and up, this class blends yoga, creative movement, and mindfulness, helping kids build strength, flexibility, and focus. So let’s roll out our mats, take a deep breath, and let's shake our wiggles out!
No yoga experience is necessary and all supplies will be provided. Just have your child come to school in comfortable clothing!
About Lisa: Hi! I am an AMI-trained Montessori teacher with almost 2 decades of experience teaching in the classroom. I am 200-HR Yoga-Teacher-Trained, Certified in YogaCalm for children, and a Certified Sound Healer. I am so excited to bring this class to Desert Sky.
